Here’s How it Works
Assessment Phase:
A registered nurse will conduct an in-home assessment to determine your eligibility for Medicaid-funded in-home care. During this visit, you’ll receive information regarding the number of weekly hours of care you qualify for.
Caregiver Selection:
You have the autonomy to select your caregiver, whether it’s your daughter, son, relative, or friend. Our team will assist you in the enrollment process, conducting the necessary procedures conveniently at your home.
Care and Compensation:

Enrolling in CDPAP is 100% FREE and pays your chosen caregiver for their service. You train them and set their schedule. The NY State government also covers the costs of home care for patients that are financially and clinically eligible. So even if you don’t qualify for CDPAP, you may still be able to get great in-home care from one of our home health aides.
If you require assistance with activities of daily living such as shopping, cleaning, bathing, and grooming, you likely qualify. A Medicaid nurse and/or a nurse from your plan will conduct a home visit to assess your eligibility and determine the number of weekly hours of care you can receive.

The number of hours depends on two factors: the hours approved by Medicaid for the consumer and the hours requested by the consumer. All work hours adhere to appropriate labor regulations and policies.
Caregivers receive payment every Friday, guaranteed, provided that hours are submitted accurately. We also offer a same-day pay option.
Payments are made via direct deposit every Friday.
No, this is not permissible if you are legally married to your spouse.
Caregivers receive timely payment, paid sick time, direct deposit, and in many New York locations, they may be eligible for health benefits, childcare assistance, cell phone reimbursement, and parking reimbursement.
